About the server

Server created for fair and fun pvpve experience. Admins are glad to help with certian things like getting a dino unglitched. We will not spawn in dinos or items for players, including ourself. Basicly have fun while following the server rules.

Server Updates

We have set the server to check for Ark updates and Mod updates every 15 minutes. If there is an update that is available the servers will auto restart or if players are detected it will start a count down for 15 minutes before restarting the server for updates.

I've created a script that sends commands to a discord bot. Each time the server is scheduled for a restart or shutdown the notification will be sent ingame as well as discord.

Server Hardware

The main Ark cluster is running on a PowerEdge R730 with the following hardware:

  • 2 x Intel Xeon 16 Core E5-2697A V4 (2.6 - 3.6) GHz processors, 64 threads total
  • 768GB DDR4 2133MHz ECC memory
  • 8 x 600 GB 10K 6Gps SAS drives + 8 x 400 GB SSD WI 12Gps SAS drives
  • Raid 10 Array
  • Backups are pushed to an external system for redundency
